Keynote Speaker – Molly Grantham - Bet On Yourself:
Find success in failure and opportunities in reinvention. After two decades at leading multimillion-dollar newscasts with #1 ratings and one of the highest-scoring anchors in the market – Molly chose not to renew her contract. Molly flipped front-page questions on their head by transparently betting on herself, taking high-road action, and not waiting around for things to happen. In this talk, she’ll lead you in step-by-step ways of how to uncover power by approaching change with positivity and understanding transformation.
In the face of public swirl, Molly launched a history-making, instant sell-out “Bet On Yourself Summit,” with a 1,600+ person waitlist. Front page articles called it a "national movement" and raved about Molly's "genuine interest in inspiring others."
The audience will leave:
- Understanding the power of looking through the windshield, not rearview.
- Developing clarity and courage on how to take initiative and #BetOnYourself.
- Owning practical strategies to build confidence as an individual, and the impact of “you” on a team.
