2024 Stormwater Management Division Conference – Wilmington, North Carolina
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS – SUBMIT BY FRIDAY, MAY 10TH, 2024
The APWA-NC Stormwater Management Division Conference will be held this year in Wilmington on September 15-17th at the Wilmington Convention Center (10 Convention Center Dr, Wilmington, NC).
We are excited to again be planning and looking forward to another great conference! Issues and concerns related to water quality and stormwater management continue to play a significant role in the world of public works, shaping technical focus and policy throughout government and private industry. Join us as we once again provide a variety of learning opportunities in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
If you have an idea for a presentation topic or case study involving the stormwater industry, regulatory compliance, program management, innovative engineering or technology, or any other topic which is relevant to the stormwater community, please submit an abstract to maureen.harris@aecom.com no later than close of business on Friday, May 10th, 2024.
In order to facilitate review of the abstracts, please note the following requirements for submittal:
- A completed Abstract Submittal Form must be included.
- Abstract summaries must not exceed one page.
- All presenters must be clearly identified in the abstract form with an email address and phone number provided for each.
- If you wish to include a contributor to the abstract who will not be speaking, please label them as such on the form.
- Please submit all abstracts in .docx or .doc format – other file formats (e.g., pdf) will not be accepted.
Please also note that, should you be selected to present, a .pdf version of your presentation may be made available to attendees following the conference.
