The Solid Waste Collections Operator Certificate is for those “on the front line” of solid waste collections. This course will provide a basic understanding of solid waste management for public health and safety, solid waste collections operations, waste management basics, safety requirements for their jobs, basic driving skills, rules, and requirements, and an overview of customer service and communications.
