Platinum Level Partners - $2,500
Platinum level partners will receive the following:
- three conference registrations
- preferred exhibitor space
- special recognition by name at dinner and during entertainment.
Gold Level Partners - $1,500
Gold level partners will receive the following:
- two conference registrations
- premier exhibitor space
Silver Level Partners - $1,000
Silver level partners will receive the following:
- one conference registration
- an assigned exhibitor space if available
Bronze Level Partners - $750
Bronze level partnership will receive the following:
- one conference registration
We listened to feedback provided from last year’s conference and have made some updates. We have removed a session from our schedule to allow more time to explore exhibits and have secured a more central location for exhibitors. Exhibitor space is guaranteed for Platinum and Gold partners. Remaining available space will be assigned to silver partners on a first come, first serve basis.
Additionally, this year we will be hosting an exhibitor carnival during the welcome reception. Partners may feature a small, carnival style game within their exhibit space during the opening reception. Attendees will be encouraged to visit and attempt the games. Games will not be provided but examples include: mini plinko, mini ring toss, wheel prizes, dice balance, cup stack, chopstick race, table pong, etc. Each partner who registers before February 14, 2025, will be featured on our Carnival Bingo to facilitate more networking opportunities during the social.
