The North Carolina Underground Damage Prevention Review Board (UDPRB) has a dedicated website available to the public with features that include the ability to file a complaint electronically, information about the Board members, important links to assist those wishing to file or look up status on existing filed complaints, and additional information to help the general public understand the process. All functions that had previously been provided by NC 811 have been transferred to the UDPRB administration as a result of 2019 legislation that allowed for basic funding for the UDPRB by the utility operators and the work of the State and the UDPRB administrator, Capitol Hill Management.
