The Leadership and Management is looking for speakers for the 2026 Conference in Winston-Salem on July 22-24, 2026. We are looking for presentations related to Building or Maintaining Culture (recruiting, retention, training, communication, succession planning, team building, etc.), Managing with Innovation and Technology (new technologies or cutting-edge solutions, using or managing AI, sustainability, etc.), and Public Works Management (funding, project management and delivery, people management, etc.).
