The support of our partners has always been critical to the success of this annual conference. The LMD would like to invite your company to participate in our 2026 Conference with partnership opportunities as follows:
Platinum Level Partners – $3,000
Platinum level partners will receive the following:
- Three conference registrations
- Selected exhibitor space
- Recognition by name at dinner and during entertainment.
- Recognition during Thursday lunch
Gold Level Partners – $2,000
Gold level partners will receive the following:
- Two conference registrations
- Assigned exhibitor space
- Recognition during Thursday lunch
Silver Level Partners – $1,500
Silver level partners will receive the following:
- One conference registration
- Assigned exhibitor space if available
- Recognition during Thursday lunch
Bronze Level Partners – $1,000
Bronze level partnership will receive the following:
- One conference registration
- Recognition during Thursday lunch
This year we are also offering additional recognition opportunities to our platinum and gold partners. Each add-on will be limited to one partner on a first come, first served basis. The following add-ons and benefits will be available when you register for either partner level:
Wednesday Reception Partner – $1,500
Wednesday Reception Partner will receive the following:
- Welcome sign on bar
- Recognition at opening of reception
- Opportunity to place branded napkins, koozies, etc. at the bar (partner to provide the items)
Thursday Breakfast Partner – $750
Thursday Breakfast Partner will receive the following:
- Welcome sign on buffet
- Recognition during Thursday opening session
Thursday Social Partner – $1,500
Thursday Social Partner will receive the following:
- Welcome sign on bar
- Recognition at opening of social
- Opportunity to place branded napkins, koozies, etc. at the bar (partner to provide the items)
Friday Breakfast Partner – $750
Friday Breakfast Partner will receive the following:
- Welcome sign on buffet
- Recognition during Friday opening session
As always we do listen to feedback from our partners. We have increased all our break times to 30 minutes this year to allow for more partner interactions. Exhibitor space will include a 6’ table with 4’ behind it (2 chairs included). Exhibitor space is guaranteed for Platinum and Gold partners. Remaining available space will be assigned to silver partners on a first come, first served basis.
This year we will be hosting our 2nd annual exhibitor carnival during the welcome reception. Partners may feature a small, carnival style game within their exhibit space during the opening reception. Attendees will be encouraged to visit and attempt the games. Games will not be provided but examples include: mini plinko, mini ring toss, wheel prizes, dice balance, cup stack, chopstick race, table pong, etc. Each partner who registers before April 17, 2026 will be featured on our Carnival Bingo to facilitate more networking opportunities during the social.
