Your company is invited to participate as a “PARTNER” of the Annual Conference of the Facilities and Grounds Division of the American Public Works Association, North Carolina Chapter (APWA-NC). The Conference will be held April 9 – April 11, 2025, at the Aloft Hotel in Wilmington, NC.
We have set three different levels for partnership with additional sponsorship opportunities. Partners are encouraged to provide door prize(s) to be given away throughout the conference. When registering, please complete the Partner Registration Form and email it to andersja@forsyth.cc.

Each exhibitor space is approximately 8’ x 10’. Tables and chairs will be provided. Booth spaces are available on a “first come, first served” basis based upon the selected Partner level.
To increase exposure for your company, there will be a formal introduction of our Partners on Thursday morning and Friday. During this time, we will recognize your representative(s) and make a brief statement about your products and/or services.
Partner attendees are permitted to attend all technical sessions. Each additional representative is $250.00, except as noted above.
Conference participants are encouraged to explore each Partner booth. Door prizes donated by Partners will be awarded during breaks between technical sessions.
